A custom workflow was created with different issue types and a schema with custom fields.

Overlapping options when reporting using the new issue types were observed - same overlap is present when entering project description.

Root Cause: Custom fields marked as \thebuggenie\core\entities\CustomDatatype::INPUT_TEXTAREA_SMALL are rendered with hardcoded styling of width:100% and height: 100px;
