Create Workflow

The Bug Genie comes with a default workflow already set to use. In many cases though, this is not what a user wants so you will need to either make a copy of the Default workflow and edit this copy or create a blank workflow and build it from scratch.
The Default Workflow:
StepConnected statusStateOutgoing transitionsNotes
NewNewOpen and editableInvestigate issue -> Investigating
Confirm issue -> Confirmed
Reject issue -> Rejected
Accept issue -> In progress
Resolve issue -> Closed
This is the default, initial step all issues start in

Reject issue -> Rejected
Accept issue -> In progress

#Go to the Configure page for Workflow. #Change the title "Blank Workflow" to "New Workflow" and Click the "Add workflow" button. #Verify a workflow called "New Workflow" has been created.

#Now lets edit the New Workflow by clicking on the show workflow details icon to the right. This should look like the image on the left. Notice that the Connected status and Outgoing transitions fields are empty.
