Description

When creating a new issue, it is not possible to create it without adding a label - see the screenshot ->

Please consider if it really needs to be a mandatory field when creating an issue. As described in FR #26, it is also not possible to make "label" a not required field, even on the db level.

This is a side-effect of the issue type editor not working properly in 1.0.5, this is fixed in `master` and will be fixed in 1.0.6
