Description

Filtering doesn't work for workflow transition:

How to reproduce
  1. Go to "Configure Pachno" > "Workflow" section
  2. Select an existing workflow, expand "Actions" and choose "Edit workflow".
  3. Click "Add workflow step".
  4. Click "Add transition".
  5. Type "Issue" in the filtering window - the filtering doesn't work.
