Description

"Report an issue" button works differently on an issue page and on other pages - see reproduction steps.

NOTE: I have discovered it after creating my own custom issue type scheme. Did not check if it happens for the default schemes as well.

How to reproduce
  1. Click "Report an issue" on a page of a particular reported issue (prefix-number) - it shows issue fields that do not reflect the issue fields configured for a given issue type in the "Issue type schemes" section.
  2. Click "Report an issue" on any other page - it reflects properly the issue fields configured for a given issue type in the "Issue type schemes" section.

As an example:

  1. My custom issue type scheme, showing fields for "Epic" -> https://ibb.co/7p00SgF
  2. Reporting an issues from any other page than existing issue -> https://ibb.co/4jN5H1K
  3. Reporting an issues from an existing issue page -> https://ibb.co/gZrTqsg

This looks like the issue reporting page is erroring out - could you show the output of the browser console?

Never mind, I can reproduce the issue locally.
